After application of needles , I found myself outside the body , and an intense yellow light appears . I feel she exudes a strong energy for me . So tell me about love , for it to reach the fullness of love , there must be no fear . True love is experienced through the detachment , selflessness , dedication, detachment from ego. Then the spirit prompts me to close my eyes so you can get in touch with my own spiritual essence . I begin to feel a wonderful sense of well being , inner peace . I will receive directly the light that was emanating , feeling love to involve myself completely ! ! On ecstasy, feel the fullness of being . So show me a mountain whose peak found himself a star . Say to the fullness of love would compare to climb a mountain with several stages , for it was required a lot of perseverance , dedication, discipline , giving! Many wish to attain the fullness of love , few are willing to climb the mountain ! ! Then the voice tells me that I have not yet reached the fullness of love , locks interdict this expansion , but it would be possible to depend on me thereof. The same voice asks me to close my eyes and feel an outbreak of silvery light down on me , with bright stars , something beautiful to watch. I felt a real rapture , completely spiritual ecstasy ! !

Então me solicita exercitar a disciplina mental, direcionando minhas energias da melhor forma possível!

After application of the needles ( 01/11/2014 ) , I was unfolding outside the body , when it presents a spirit that talks to me about my energies . He told me about the importance of the expansion of spiritual energies . So I asked him to repeat a few sentences : I have light, I have peace, I have love, I have meekness , I have courage ...... then asks me repite the following : I'm not afraid , I have no sense of abandonment , I have trouble , I have no conflicts ....After repeating these phrases , he solitica me focus on my crown chakara , while doing this , I realize he was radiating an energy arising from my feelings . Then he shows me a vortex and asks that I feel the energy of the vortex inside me , which was of incomparable beauty ! ! Step then feel the energy going through my body, helically , starting with feet and up to my whole body ! ! spent an amazing feeling to feel . When I open my eyes I am deeply moved by rapture in which I found myself. The spirit looks fixedly into my eyes and tell me you're turning a child into a giant. It has incredible strength ! ! Not disperdice indevidamente.Concentre their energies upon what you want! You can have whatever you want , as long as he wishes and that will not threaten anyone ! Then asks me to exercise mental discipline , directing my energies in the best possible way ! Show me following a lotus flower and compares me to this rare flower saying she is born Marsh !Then reminded of my imperfections that are numerous and it tells me that God does not judge us , it is we who judge each other and condemn us for it.Hold me tenderly and I feel a great love inside me , a well- being that has no words to describe it ! How not to be moved by gestures of affection and care of a being so special . I look into his eyes and ask that he never let me deliver myself . He smiles and hugs me again , saying goodbye .

How to support the weight of the daily frustrations? How to move forward when our heart cries closely on the disappointments? There are times we wonder: is it worth persevering? A deep pain pierces us closer sensibilide when the sale is the removal of the eyes and finally we see that we lived an "illusion". To unravel this thick "illusion", we need to face reality in all its harshness. So we will see what is ultimately the obvious: the truth.

Whereas all illusion generates disappointment, it's just a matter of time!!

Diante deste abraço, sinto-me completamente amparada espiritualmente. Muita luz no interior destas construções.

After the application of the needles , I began to feel my energies more intensely circulating in my body . Unfolding , a spirit introduced himself and asked me to cooperate in the work that was going to happen . Absolutely need to experience a deep and experience necessary ! I felt it was necessary to modify my perispiritual body , without understanding why. Needed strength to do it acontecesse.O spirit takes my hands and begins to tell me that psych . I feel that without my cooperation would not be possible . As I'm concentrating on my body changing and will do strength so that there is a change , with the aid of the spirit . It was not easy , transiently experienced real suffering for that transformation happen . Litter in my body writhed ! Then a body appears inside my body , breaking in half then existing , a symbolism of a skin ripping meio.Incrível the scene. Still half stunned , I see before me the star of enormous yellow color and spirit asks the touch. By doing so , again I get a release of energy that makes my material body hit intensely , without any control I have over it . Then comes a flash in front of me and a magnificent spirit dressed in white robe looking lovingly at me and recites the Beatitudes of the Gospel . Weeping copiously before him , kneel at his feet in tears . He then hugs me and tells me I'm very loved by God . Given this hug, I feel completely supported spiritually . He tells me ever know another " planet " in the spiritual world and that to do so would require the " wedding garment " , requiring a fluidic body compatible with local higher-order moral point of view . Considered this planet of regeneration, was no more hatred , jealousy , selfishness, or any sense of order prevailed inferior.O love in the air , in food, in people ! Everyone experienced the peace ! Arriving as a visitor to this site and get there , I just gaped at the beauty of the buildings were arquitetura. As glass with very advanced architectural designs for our default on Earth . Lots of light inside these buildings . The gardens were beautiful , the people were young faces of profound peace . See including children with pets . Tell me that there no old age and that childhood time was much faster than on Earth . I am moved to see a dance performance simply magnificent ! Never seen anything like it , young people dancing divinely , with translucent clothes! So perispiritual clarify that my body is being prepared for visit some regions of the spiritual world , which is why all this was being done energy work there are already some previous experiences . Then an outbreak of silver light falls on me , full of little twinkling stars , something simply beautiful to behold , involving all my perispiritual body. The same spirit that accompanied me kisses my forehead and parting lovingly .

Faced with such a beauty our tears are small drops in the sea!

We created a generation without focus, says Daniel GolemanThe American Daniel Goleman argues that constant stimuli created a generation without focus, with limited develop logical and creative thinking . The good news : you can learn to focusSão Paulo - The American Daniel Goleman , psychologist and Ph.D. from Harvard University , became famous by publishing the book Emotional Intelligence in 1995 , which has sold over 5 million copies worldwide - 400,000 in Brazil alone . His most recent book, Focus, launched almost 20 years later , will hit bookstores in January. In it , Goleman argues that - at a time when technology and information overload generate distractions every minute - created a generation without focus, hard to develop the ability to concentrate . But for him , the attention is like a muscle that can be trained . And who can get there is the best and most creative ideas .It's what made Bill Gates when Microsoft presided in the 90s . In periods called "think weeks " ( a free translation , " weeks to think " ) , he spent a fortnight in a house in the country to think without interruption.Jack Welch , the legendary world president of the American multinational General Electric , held one hour per day to just look out the window . In an interview with EXAM , the author talks about his latest work .

EXAM - You defend people have never been so blurred. What are the consequences ?Daniel Goleman - We have no time to reflect . Without this break could not digest what is happening around . The brain circuits used by the merger are the same that generate anxiety . When the flow of distractions , anxiety tends to increase in proportion. We need to take a moment , at work and in life, to stop and think . Without concentration , we lose control of our thoughts . But the opposite when we pay close attention , it is also a problem . We become victims of a restricted and narrow-minded vision. You need to balance it.

REVIEW - How to escape from this trap ?Daniel Goleman - Sleeping well helps concentration . But the best exercise is to create a period in which the interrupts are prohibited . It means not having meetings , receive calls , checking emails or have contact with any other source of distraction. This can be done before work or during working hours in a meeting room at least 10 minutes. The leaders need to understand that to have good results , your team must have time to focus . And that means giving them the opportunity to have uninterrupted time .In Google , for example , employees have been encouraged to stop for a few minutes during the day and pay attention to his own breath . This makes the circuit of the brain responsible for concentration to be activated .

EXAMINATION - According to their studies , there are three types of focus : internal , external and empathic ( facing each other ) . The internal is the ability to concentrate, despite what 's around you. The external is the ability to analyze the environment . And the empathic competence is to pay attention to someone . Why is it important to classify them that way ?Daniel Goleman - To know when and how to use each one in the right situation . Internal focus , for example , is the key to motivate professional , having goals , to control . All professionals need it . The external focus helps in reading broadly systems .That is how we know who the competitors , as is the market , the economy and what are the technological changes . Without it , no one can have a good result . Empathy is important for anyone who wants to be a good leader . It is how we understand and talk with people.

Ocidente e Oriente

Tornar a meditação acessível

Scientists and scholars examine the power of meditation

Breathe deeply into the abdomen , exhale slowly and contemplate these scientific findings : people who routinely practice meditation may be better able to handle the ups and downs of the human condition .

That's the conclusion of researchers at UC Davis , who are leading one of the deepest and carefully followed the research world on the subject . Who is watching ? The Dalai Lama , among others .

There is plenty of anecdotal about the benefits of meditation from ancient testimonies , but the Shamatha Project aims to investigate its practical benefits . The 10-year project is giving its first results , and researchers are about to publish more results in the near future .

Clifford Saron , a neuroscientist researcher at UC Davis Center for Mind and Brain and MIND Institute , is the leader of the Shamatha Project team, which also includes the Santa Barbara Institute for Consciousness Studies , the Shambhala Mountain Center , UC Davis colleagues and other scientists worldwide .

Sharon said : " The Shamatha Project explores the hypothesis that the development of attention is useful in changing the thought processes that evoke negative emotions such as contempt , anger and disgust , which may hinder the expression of love and compassion . "

The term shamatha means " calm abiding" in Sanskrit . For the Shamatha Project , 60 participants meditated in two groups of 30 , for about seven hours a day, seven days a week , for three months in a study in 2007 in the Shambhala Mountain Center in Colorado. More than 30 researchers , scientists and Buddhist scholar Alan Wallace were involved in the massive effort to collect data now under analysis.

Better mental focus
Earlier this spring, the group published their findings showing that people subjected to intensive meditation training improved the ability to make fine visual distinctions and sustaining attention during a test of 30 minutes. This means that better perception, often considered a benefit of meditation practice , underlies improvements sustained attention .

The senior author was Katherine MacLean , Ph.D. in psychology from UC Davis .
The ability to sustain attention , as demonstrated in previous research , can help regulate emotions , reduce depression and control anger , said psychology professor Phillip Shaver , senior investigator of the Shamatha Project since its inception in 2003 .
The following article from the research group , describes the benefits of meditation on " self -regulation " and " emotional well -being . " In other words , meditation can help someone who is frustrated to become more aware of this feeling , and therefore more able to control impulsive behavior that could happen . The postdoctoral researcher Baljinder Sahdra is the main author of this article .

The two studies are just the beginning , say Saron and his colleagues . They are still awaiting results of over -reaching in the coming years . " Some of our results also suggest that meditation also has desirable physiological effects that can increase the longevity of a person," Shaver said . However , Shaver says , himself , has little time to meditate . Works 60-70 hours per week , and has a number of commitments , such as editing several books and school lunches and coffees morning of his two daughters . " My schedule does not leave much time for meditation ," Shaver said . " My goal is to understand meditation , not necessarily to practice it . "

Looking for longevity
The Shamatha project is exploring the effects of meditation on cellular aging .
" Research shows that stress is detrimental to cells ," Sharon said, noting that longevity may be related to an enzyme known as telomerase in our cells , responsible for repairing the shortening of chromosomes that occurs throughout life .
" We are studying the levels of telomerase in people who practice meditation to see whether or not these levels change after a three-month program of meditation . "

The results are promising , Sharon said, and an article was accepted for publication in Psychoneuroendocrinology . For this study , Tonya Jacobs postdoctoral student at UC Davis is working with the psychologists Elissa Epel , Elizabeth Blackburn and colleagues at UC San Francisco . Blackburn , a biologist researcher , was co - winner of the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 2009 for research on telomeres , aging and cancer.

Studies of the Shamatha Project are being well received by many fans of meditation .
The Buddhist scholar Thupten Jinpa says the study of meditation and brain science discoveries promise important for a better understanding of our mental reality , able to develop " a comprehensive taxonomy of our mental world." In addition , meditation can help " reintroduce introspection " as a legitimate means of scientific research .

The Dalai Lama , spiritual leader Nobel Prize winner , has been a great friend of Sharon for years . The scientist kept him informed about the progress of the Shamatha Project .
"I believe that this research project has the potential to bring a significant contribution to the advancement of scientific knowledge about the effects of meditation on attention and emotion regulation benefit," the Dalai Lama wrote in a 2006 letter to the staff of the Shamatha Project .
The meditation, the Dalai Lama observed decreases " internal causes of suffering " and reveals " the potential of human consciousness in the world today ."

East and West
Sharon is interested in meditation since 1970 . In the 90s , he organized a study with experienced practitioners under the auspices of the office of the Dalai Lama and the Mind and Life Institute in Boulder , Colorado. During the project, he was inspired to meet monks and yogis Tibetan exiles in India , at the foot of the Himalayas , who achieved remarkable emotional calm , focus and joy in their lives , often despite great hardship and suffering.

As Sharon explains , meditation teaches practitioners to be more aware of their current conditions , learning to face challenges without feeling overwhelmed . " In meditation , you learn that any situation can be worked out , if your mind is ready for it ," he said . You need not be a monk or yogi to learn how to meditate effectively , Saron said . " Training the mind is possible for the vast majority of people . It is similar to tone muscles through exercise. "

Different forms of meditation are practiced in spiritual traditions of East and West. In the East , the Buddhists have long practiced bhavana , a Sanskrit term that is often translated as " Meditation " . Means " farming " beneficial qualities such as kindness and attention , and become more familiar with the mind itself. In the West , the Judeo- Christian teachings include meditations on the human soul and consciousness .
The Shamatha Project receives major support from the Fetzer Institute and the Hershey Family Foundation , along with other donors .

Make accessible meditation
Alan Klima , professor of anthropology at UC Davis professor and practitioner of Theravada Buddhism , expecting that meditation can be practiced more widely and become more accessible in the West .

He is writing a book on Buddhist meditation and the West under the working title of "A Meditation Machine ."

" The biggest difference between cultures is that anyone in Thailand or Burma , rich or poor , have access to free lessons on meditation , support , and even residential facilities , due to the system of faith and generosity , which has been the " Machine Meditation " in those countries ," he said .

Building a " meditation machine " like the West means integrating the practice within the health care and security , as well as any other form of physical or psychological treatment , Klima said .

He attests to the personal benefits of meditation . " Everything good in my life is directly linked to the practice of meditation - my ability to get along with almost constant madness of my own mind , my relationships , my job , my books , everything."
While advocates the scientific confirmation of the benefits of meditation , the anthropologist believes that science alone can not fully explain its power .

" The approaches of the social sciences and humanities are much broader , and may even include the conclusions of the scientists and put these findings in its social context . Research scientists can stick EEG electrodes on my scalp while I write a book about the science of meditation, but I 'm not sure that will render something meaningful . "

Erika Rosenberg , meditation teacher and expert in facial expressions of emotions , is a member of the Shamatha Project . She believes that the results of the project could help more people discover the benefits of meditation .
" Science is a language that speaks powerfully to many people ," said Rosenberg , " including those who are predisposed to be highly skeptical of practices related to spiritual traditions . "
Ultimately , meditation is mind training , she said.
"I try to emphasize this in my classes too. And when you train the mind in a set of practices in a disciplined manner for some time , you see the benefits . "
She added : " There is nothing mystical about it . "

Patience , Perspective
Beth Cohen is meditation instructor and director of the UC Davis Assistance Program , which provides counseling to faculty, staff and their families .
" I found the meditation of necessity , not out of interest ," she said . At 36, Cohen was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease , and traditional Western medicine has failed to improve his condition . That's when she discovered meditation .
" It not only assists in the management of my disease , but also gives me more mental clarity , patience and perspective," Cohen said .
" The daily practice of meditation , for only 10 to 20 minutes , actually causes changes in parts of the brain that promote happiness, positive thoughts and emotions," Cohen said, noting the benefits of increased awareness, mental clarity , control chronic pain , decreased blood pressure , and greater ease in dealing with anxiety and depression . "
This may explain the popularity of a meditation practice at lunchtime she teaches on campus . The class attracted about 25 people when Cohen began three years ago , and now usually registers more than 100 people when it is offered . She estimates has taught meditation for more than 1,000 people in the last nine years.
" These benefits can be very useful for employees at UC Davis during stressful times like these ," she said . " To learn to work with your mind or you need to think ."

DESENCONTROS

Quanto maior apego, maior a prisão!

Anymore
There are so many misunderstandings we wonder how to find ? What factors lead generating "failures " if we are destined to live in society • The human being must be treated as disposable . Useless , since no more interested in ? What values guide the relationships nosss • When the disappointment dominates our hearts tend to judge , criticize and away from him ( a) that hurts us , after all it is easier to exclude than include. inclusion requires permanence, care, attention , dedication , time available and the current transience of these relationships requirements are not easy to mater . liken a relationship to a plant that is not irrigated daily with care it can not withstand the storms of time itself . therefore also occurs in relationships, the factor of " dedication " is essential for it to survive . however, do not confuse yourself with dedication attachment . want complete exclusivity in addiction , the mentally imprison another , we need to control it step by step, do not support the idea that the other is a " free " and not be a being
manipulado.Quanto greater attachment , the greater the prison!
True love liberates , not imprisons ! !
While we treat people as mere objects of our desires , we are treading mismatches and not dating ! This path will be difficult and lonely and then ask ourselves where did I go wrong ?
